A user is any person with login access to your Vimy tenant. Agent-monitored endpoints, servers, and cloud resources do not count toward the user limit.
Sentinel includes PIPEDA evidence and cyber insurance documentation. SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, Law 25, and CIS Controls are available on Bastion and Citadel. CPCSC (Bill C-26) is available on Citadel only, given the critical infrastructure scope and implementation complexity.
