Common questions

How is an "asset" counted?
An asset is any endpoint, server, cloud resource, or identity that has an active Vimy agent or integration. Inactive assets older than 90 days are not counted.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new pricing takes effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is my data kept private between plans?
All plans use dedicated tenant storage with encryption at rest and in transit. Your data is never shared or used to train models for other customers.
Do you offer a trial period?
We don't offer a trial period, but we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund, no questions asked.
Can Vimy be deployed on-premises?
Vimy is delivered as a fully managed cloud platform hosted 100% in Canada. All data processing, AI inference, and storage stays on Canadian soil, no exceptions.
